frequently asked questions

hOW mUCH DOES A VIDEO cOST?

The short answer is….It depends. We base our pricing on the amount of pre-production, filming, and editing time, and extra equipment, cast, and crew required for your project. Most of our projects haven’t needed anything extra, take about half of a day to shoot, and take about 8-10 hours to edit. So, for your typical quick corporate video, it costs about $900 for a video. What kind of gear do you use?

All of our main cameras are on the Netflix-Approved Cameras List. All of our external audio recorders (audio recorders not on a camera) are 32-bit float audio. Meaning, as long as the microphone placement is good, the audio doesn’t require an extra person to babysit the audio levels. We have a decent amount of lighting for most scenarios, including filming outdoors.
Of note, the more complicated we have to get with lighting or audio, the more time we will need to set up instead of filming. Increasing the aforementioned time spent on setup does take away from filming time and increases the likelihood of needing more crew and, therefore, more money. However, the more time we spend on setting things up the more professional it will look and sound.

What types of videos do you not make?

FPV Drone, Hollywood-Level Productions, and adult films. Other than that, we will do it. We’ve done livestreaming for a Polar Plunges, a funeral, commercials, ETC…
